A. Indirect Taxes - Goods and Service taxes:

• Playing a crucial role in GST compliances of listed, private limited and PSUs. (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-6 and GSTR-9), including review of outward data, reviewing eligibility of Input tax credit, identifying applicable HSN/SAC and rate etc.
• Implemented process improvements that increased accuracy in sales and use tax filings, reducing audit risk exposure.
• Assisted in negotiation of favorable settlements for disputed indirect taxes with government authorities. (Handling show cause notices, appearing before tax authorities - including CESTAT, preparing write ups for writ at Hon'ble Gujarat High Court).
• Provided expert guidance on complex indirect tax issues during mergers, acquisitions, or other corporate restructurings. (Buyer side tax due diligence).
• Streamlined indirect tax processes for improved efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
• Worked upon advisory on crucial Indirect tax matters related to ITC eligibility and structuring of transactions.

B. Tax Technology - Goods and Service taxes:

• Played vital role in developing alteryx workflow for implementation of circular 170 in GSTR-3B;
• Assisting in preparing various workflows for easing compliance burden of client and resulting in saving time cost;
• Improving reconciliation reports (2B vs PR) making smooth availment of Input tax credit;
• Assisted in implementation of vendor blocking system basis reconciliation (2B vs PR) in client's ERP, streamlining input tax credit availment process.

• Worked as crucial team member as well as individually handled engagements of conducting Statutory Audits of Listed Company, Public Limited Company and Private Limited Companies;
• Had exposure in conducting Internal Audits of Government Companies engaged in electricity generation and distribution sector;
• Lead team to conduct Forensic audit for identification of fraud in partnership firms and private limited companies;
• Fixed asset verification of MNCs and PSUs.
