SYNOPSIS

- Core competency in detailed planning and scheduling to meet present production targets, conceptualizing and implementing process modifications to enhance operational efficiency & optimize resource utilization.
RESPONCIBILITIES
- To manage the production activity of the plant on daily and monthly basis according to the planning.
- To monitor the plant performance in terms of efficiency, yield, and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with GDSO department, service department and QC for the smooth production activity.
- Monitor the trends of process parameters and take necessary corrective actions as required.
- Investigation, CAPA related documentation for Out of Specification batches, deviations
- Ensuring the fulfilment of safety and statutory norms applicable at various stage of production system
- To involve in planning for the monthly production, raw materials, auxiliaries, facility availability, related documents like BMRs and ECRs, Change control, SOPs, Effluent, manpower, etc.
- To ensure desired level of cleanliness & housekeeping is maintained in the plant.
