• 1. Operation & maintenance of Steam Turbine (Triveni) and GAS TURBINE (SOLAR) Taurus T60, Taurus T70 and Titan130 units, for trouble free operation.
• 2. Knowledge about HT/LT Synchronization of GT and STG with Grid and other units.
• 3. Operation of Steam Turbine (Triveni & BHEL) and GAS TURBINE BHEL, Taurus T60, Taurus T70 and Titan130 (SOLAR) units, for trouble free operation.
• 4. Continuously monitor the Panel & trends of critical parameters.
• 5. Ordering spares follow up with purchase department keeping stringent inventory control for smooth & trouble free operation of plant.
• 6. Knowledge about Gas Turbine dismantling and assembling.
• 7. Knowledge about Gas Turbine and Steam turbine dismantling and assembling.
• 8. Knowledge about Combine Cycle Power Plant and PRDS.
• 9. Coordinate system shutdown and start up STG, GAS based power plant.
• 10. To study & analyses Daily & Monthly reports of power plant regarding electric Power Generation, Steam generation, Fuel consumption, Energy consumption, Steam distribution, Plant Efficiency, Unit Cost, etc.
• 11. Erection and commissioning of Electrical panels.
• 12. Maintenance of 22KV, 11KV & LT, HT Switchgears.
• 13. Maintenance of Motors, Transformers, Battery Charger, Battery, PCC, MCC & DG Sets.
• 14. Testing of Generator, Relay, Power Transformer, Aux X’Mer, HT, LT Breaker & Panels.
• 15. Operation & Maintenance of LT Motors, HT Motors & LT, HT Breakers.
• 16. Star Delta Starter, DOL Starter Power wiring & control wiring, line diagrams, plant & House wiring.
• 17. Looking for smooth & trouble free operation & preventive as well as break down maintenance of all power plant electrical equipments.
• 18. Knowledge about Process Equipment such as a Temperature/Pressure Transmitter Thermocouple, RTD, AC Drives & PLC etc.
• 19. Looking for smooth, trouble free operation & preventive as well as break down maintenance of Gas based Engine (Deutz) and electrical equipments.
• 20. Gas Engine E-30, E-40, E-50, E-60, E-70 maintenance.
• 21. Maintenance includes overhauling of plant equipment, oil change, tappet-Setting, checking auxiliaries like HT pump, LT pump, ventilation blowers, ventilation pump, Radiator fans etc.
• 22. Look after distribution network and its trouble shutting.
