• Getting MTO's from our Engineering for Procurement action, seeking management approval on Tender plan for floating RFQ's to relevant Vendors as per approved Vendor list provided by Client.
• Follow up with Vendors for Tender receipt, resolving clarification for Pre-bid Queries if any from vendors.
• Follow up for submission of technical offers before bid closing date.
• Technical Evaluation of offers in coordination with Engineering & QA. Follow-up with vendors for submission of TQ response.
• Negotiating with suppliers for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries & services
• Closing of all Technical part and provide technical clearance (TBE).
• Placement of LOI / PO / Contract through SAP MM Module
• Post Order follow-up with vendor for Engineering Deliverables, Monthly progress reports, etc.
• Co–Ordination with Projects, Engineering, Material management, QA & Inspection Department and Site team to ensure timely delivery at project site.
• Identify quality suppliers and establish long term relationships.
• Introduction & Development of new vendors.
• Expertise in conducting research to ascertain the best products and services in terms of best value, delivery schedules & quality and keeping a constant check on stock levels.
• Clearance of Invoice and Payment to vendor

• Detail Engineering for GCPTCL De-bottle Necking Project, GCPTCL, Dahej
• Detail Engineering for Cryogenic Ethane storage tanks & Balance of Plant for RIL, Dahej
• Detail Engineering for Ethylene Cryogenic Package & Balance of Plant for J3 Program at RIL, Jamnagar
• PDS 3D Modelling of Upgradation of Mangala Process Terminal 5, Cairn Energy, Rajasthan:

• Responsible for getting 3D model developed & Checking of 3D model.
• 3D Modelling of Electrical Equipment (with SP3D, PDMS, PDS software):
• Cable trays, Field Panels, LCS, Lighting Fixtures
• Earth Pit, Earth Station, UG Earth Strip
• Lighting Poles, JBs, Cathodic Protection Items, Electrical Heat Tracing etc.
• 3D Modelling of Instrumentation Equipment (with SP3D, PDMS, PDS software):
