- My role involves liaising with customers to address their daily maintenance needs and projecting upcoming major maintenance tasks to facilitate departmental coordination
- Monitors the maintenance activities performed on each aircraft, ensuring compliance with the approved maintenance program, applicable regulations and manufacturers recommendations
- I meticulously scrutinize work packages for major scheduled maintenance, ensuring task card compliance before handling them over to the Project Manager for base maintenance work
- Handle Package generation through RAMCO Software, ensure the proper closure of work packages in accordance with approved Procedure
- Track and implement the all-applicable Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and Service Bulletins (SBs) issued by regulatory authorities and aircraft manufactures
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all maintenance activities performed on each aircraft
- Managing various aspects of aircraft maintenance, including checking organizational approvals, forecasting tool and manpower needs, and coordinating with stores for spares and tools calibration due check
- Handle correspondence with operators, maintain contract records, scrutinize work orders, and verify log entries
- Additionally, I ensure work order closure, validate on-board documents, analyze due reports, and review staff competency
- I liaise with operators for maintenance planning and prepare Hangar and Man-hour plans, and oversee procurement with the logistics department
