Providing support in bid process management,post publication of the RFP.This would include provide assistance in the following.

• Prepare the model tender document for various projects to be implemented.
• Providing handhold support in various tender process and methodology.
• Preparation of contract document based on the RFP floated.
• Review the detailed project reports(DPRs) ; draft tender papers [DTP] ; Technical evaluation ; Financial proposals ; other proposals submitted by the Urban Local Bodies/Implementing Agencies and also providing technical inputs for the same.

• Developing comprehensive urban infrastructure plans and proposals for various projects in centrally sponsored schemes.Considering factors such as transportation,watersupply,sewage management,and waster management.
• Conducting detailed analysis and feasibility studies to identify potential areas for infrastructure development and expansion.
• Monitoring project progress,evaluation performance, and implementing corrective measures when necessary to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Providing expert guidance and technical support to project teams, enabling effective implementation of infrastructure initiatives.

• Management of resources deployed under Projects
• Accomplishment of crucial activities such as preparation for meetings, Documentation,Presentation etc. within stipulated time limits.
• Coordination with allied departments and Organizations.
• Structure Designing and Approval from the Road and Building Departments.
• Assist client in conducting regular meetings with all stakeholders,contractors ,and other government entities,etc.,to discuss progress and issue related to implementation, and prepare minutes for recording and circulation;

• Collaborated with civil technicians to gather project equipment and update maps, drawings and blueprints.
• Monitored execution of contract work for compliance with design plans and specifications.
• Gathered data, incorporating into drawings, schematics and maps.
• Checked technical designs and drawings for adherence to standards.
• Created work schedules and adjusted as needed to meet project deadlines and keep shifts properly staffed.
