Description: The Verbatims Dashboard contains the taxonomy of the comments given by the customers in each survey with respect to average NPS Score.

Responsibilities:

• Created views in Tableau Desktop that were published to internal team for review and further data analysis and customization using filters and actions
• Created Overlapping Bar Charts to show Current Year vs Previous Year comparison of Vat Taxes
• Created Map View to show Global Vat Taxes across Business Countries
• Created Heat Map showing by color that were broken into regions allowing business user to understand where we have Paid most Vat vs least Vat
• Blended data from multiple databases into one report by selecting primary key’s from each database for data validation
• Combined views and reports into interactive dashboards in Tableau Desktop that were presented to Business Users, Program Managers, and End Users
• Developed story telling dashboards in Tableau Desktop and published them on to Tableau Server which allowed end users to understand the data on the fly with the usage of quick filters for on demand needed information
• Tested dashboards to ensure data was matching as per the business requirements and if there were any changes in underlying data

Description: The Product NPS Dashboard involves NPS (Net Promoter Score) for the products. Positive the NPS score, positive the affect of the product or service where as negative the NPS score, negative the affect of the product or service.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes data visualization tools to make clear and concise visual representations of data
• Provides more complex research and analysis to support business operations
• Can make data storytelling, business analysis
• Querying Snowflake using SQL
• Handling task of schema management and detecting the schema of incoming data and maps it to the destination schema in snowflake
• Review and audit existing data models and solutions and propose better processes
• Perform tuning, testing and problem analysis
• Identify, design, implement and deploy new Snowflake based data architecture
• Experience in creating powerful and easy to-use dashboards and reporting to optimize user experiences
