  • Worked collaboratively with the Director and existing staff to define the mission, vision, structure, culture, and priorities for a new student-serving organization formed by the merger of two formerly unrelated departments.

  • Coordinate and implement the annual student organization re-registration process. Developed distinct Anthology Engage registration processes for different organization types, incorporated campus partner needs, and collaborated on Lean Process Improvement review.
  • Envisioned and implemented a new event approval process in Anthology Engage, in tandem with the campus Engage/25Live integration for space reservation requests. Advising

  • Championed the creation of the How-To Workshop Series for Student Organizations.
