  • I first started out as a Heavy Equipment Operator at Us Steel, then 10 years ago i became the Plant Trainer for Heavy Mobile Equipment. Ive operated, but not limited to, Front End Wheel Loaders(3 Yard Loaders up to Cat 992 Loaders), Bobcats, Forklifts, Dozers, Semi Dumps(Tractor Trailers), Articulated Dump Trucks, Haul Trucks(Rigid Frame Dump Trucks), Etc.
  • Cultivated a positive learning environment by fostering open communication between trainers, trainees, and supervisors alike.
  • Assisted in the selection of new equipment purchases, factoring in ease of use and required training time when making recommendations.
  • Streamlined the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they quickly became proficient in operating essential machinery.
