I had no employees, no vehicles that were operable, over $65,000 of aging receivables, and mounting debt. By the end of 2023, I had $270,000 of completed and collected business, 5 vehicles operable, 5-7 employees, $54,000 of collected aging receivables from start up, and all debt was current.
