Total Material Loss Control

• Scrap Management: Mitigated the defective items occurred during MRB (Purchased items) & Bonepile (Semi & finished goods) process.
• Cycle count & E&O adjustments monitoring & Business process consolidation analysis & FOL reviews with Regional leads on Actual Vs. Forecast (Sales & TML KPI’s)

Master Data Management

• Developing vendor/supplier base for cost effective procurement of quality materials & consumables

Sourcing & Procurement

• Establishing the supplier source and negotiating with the vendor to achieve desired commercial terms
• Identifying & developing a dedicated and alternate vendor source for, achieving cost effective purchases and reduction in delivery time
• Interviewing & developing long-term partnerships with local & outstation suppliers, managing day-to-day supplies performance of vendors to ensure meeting of service, cost, delivery and quality norms
• Acting as an escalation gate to resolve critical issues of the team members. Contracts Operations - Aiding customer by creating a valid service deliver contract in SAP

Highlights

• Achieved the highest VOC (4.5 out of 5) by addressing long unresolved repeating issues with an intense collaboration with the relevant stakeholders
• Completed KAIZEN workshops during my stints in FLEX which led to process time & cost saving and automation of reports

Roles & Responsibility:

• Order Management - Responsible for processing the requests as per the Service Level Agreement. Amending Customer Contracts/Quotes as per the instruction from sales using SAP Transactions
• Manage customer information on SAP for assigned accounts as well as provide support to enhance revenue related to HP's contractual customer
• Aiding customer by creating a valid service deliver contract in SAP R3 module ERP. Authorizing Vendors on Invoices pertaining to HP’s Customers
• Process streamlining through identifying automation possibility. Ensure high satisfaction within the team and the clients. Ensuring smooth transition & implementation of new process as per process specifications
• Point-of-Contact for Operations Manager (Customer end) assisted with training and scheduling. Validate the Customer Service Legal Agreement’s (SLA’s) to maintain consistency
• Responsible for providing (End to End) support to the issues for the onshore Sales Team personnel’s and with direct customers Via Call/E-Mail. Responsible for Triggering and creation of INVOICE in SAP
