- Responsible for generation and scheduling all maintenance tasks as required by the Operators Aircraft Maintenance Program (AMP) for accomplishment in a timely manner and ensure optimization

- Plan and coordinate with associated departments for all jobs to be carried out an Operator's fleet to ensure availability of manpower, material, tools and equipment, downtime and necessary paperwork
- Control and adjust plans based on day-to-day status report on maintenance check highlighting any significant deviation from plan
- Schedule, monitor and compliance of service bulletins, Airworthiness Directives and Engineering Orders

- Tracking and positioning the materials required for the check package within the required date and coordinating with the customer, material planner, and maintenance team
- Creating work package in ERP (STAAR) and upload task-wise preload in ERP (STAAR) for the scope of work and circulate to all concerned
- Issuing the day-wise task cards to maintenance and tracking of same for the completion
- Scrutinize the completed task cards in accordance with MOE, regulations, and customer briefing on paperwork
- Preparing a list of discrepancies if any in task cards and getting the same corrected by the maintenance team
- Updating daily progress reports and IRC listings to the customer and internal team
- Carrying out any other task as directed by the superior
