AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

• Responsible for designing plumbing plans, sheet setup, load calculations for pressure and gravity pipes. Creation of waste, vent, water ( hot/cold/return), gas and storm layouts also design of unit plans. Creation of plumbing schedule, pipe sizing of plumbing services, enlarge plans, and detail sheets.
• Calculation for risers (sanitary, storm, pressurized system and gas supply).
• Monitored progress of plumbing design projects throughout their duration, from conception to completion. Analyzed building codes and regulations related to Plumbing design projects like UPC (Uniform Plumbing Code).
• Provided technical guidance to junior staff members on developing design-related tasks.

BIM

• Participated in model coordination meetings with clients, contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Creating sheets, drawings and schedules through the BIM model and parametric Revit families.
• Prepare and manage BIM models through the BIM360 platform. Also, conduct clash detection, prepare reports, and resolve them.
• Worked on Facility Management of projects in which all the information related to clients' requirements was tailor-made and uploaded. Extracting Maximo and COBie sheets of assets as per requirement.
• Communicated effectively with architects, engineers and other stakeholders regarding progress updates or any changes required in the BIM model.
• Produced reports detailing design changes throughout the life cycle of a project using Autodesk's Analytical Modeling toolsets.
• Conducted QA/QC checks on all deliverables prior to submission, with respect to established standards.
• Involved in modeling and 4D using Synchro of various highway bridges/structures and roadworks for Samruddhi mahamarg (Nagpur - Mumbai).
• Provided technical guidance to junior staff members on developing BIM models and related tasks.
