- Manage quality control operations of the calibration laboratory in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 requirements.
- Developing calibration procedures for wide range of equipment's based on International/National standards.
- Coordinate daily laboratory and on-site calibration activities, including job planning, technical feasibility assessment, and effective allocation of the technical team.
- Handle customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform internal audits as per ISO/IEC 17025:2017, including audit planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up of non-conformities.
- Conduct training programs for technical staff on Calibration techniques, Measurement Uncertainty, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Execute calibration of a wide range of instruments across multiple disciplines, including: Electrotechnical, Thermal, Optical, Fluid Flow, Chemical, Mechanical - Dimension, Pressure, Mass, Weighing Balance, Volume, Speed, Acoustics, Force related equipment's- e.g. Push pull, UTM, CTM, Textile, Leather & Footwear, Toys, Automotive, Civil, and medical equipment.
- (NABL & FDAS Accredited Calibration Lab) (NABL Accredited PTP Provider for testing and calibration since 2023)
- Act & perform according to the quality policy & objectives.
- Adhere to PTP Work flow.
- Ensure that quality management system procedures are used and understood by PTP staff.
- Handling of complaint.
- Assist PT coordinator in preparation of Plan document of PT schemes.
- To verify the quality of material procured for preparation of PT items.
- To examine the test data received and ascertain compliance with homogeneity and stability criteria.
- To prepare detailed instructions to the participants including standardized reporting format.
- To statistically analyse the participants' results and determine Assigned Value, SDPA and evaluate.
- To prepare or amend appropriate quality documents.
- To prepare the draft report of the PT schemes.
- To prepare the minutes of the Advisory Group meetings and to ensure that actions are taken as per their suggestions.
- To implement the management system with respect to technical operations in their area of responsibility.
- To implement the Quality System with respect to technical operations.
- To identify the training needs of personnel and to arrange for training and subsequent evaluation.
- Carrying out corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Ensuring actions taken on the basis of the decisions of the Management Review meeting.
