a) Verification of Accounting Records and documents to ensure that they agree and reconcile with financial statements, Compliances related to Companies Act, Income Tax, Service Tax

b) Planning, executing and finalizing Statutory and Tax audits of manufacturing and service sector companies and firms

a) Preparation and filing of Tax Audit Reports (Form 3CD), Income Tax Returns of Individuals, HUF, Firms and Companies

• Indirect Taxation and Compliances

a) Registration of entities under Central Excise, Service Tax, DVAT and filed respective returns
