Client: Tata Home Charger

Duration: Dec 2021 – Present.

Project Overview: Developed and implemented home charging solutions for Tata, enhancing accessibility and convenience for EV owners.

Responsibilities:

• Led all phases of the project as a Project Manager, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Oversaw the installation and testing of home chargers, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepared and finalized the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) for site installations, and managed customer billing.
• Conducted site surveys and power feasibility assessments.
• Coordinated with vendors and teams to procure components and manage installations across Pan India.
• Ensured proper integration of chargers with grid infrastructure.

Client: Delta

Project Overview: Expanded public EV charging infrastructure to support sustainable transportation.
Responsibilities:

• Managed site selection, permitting, and deployment logistics, Pan India.
• Oversaw the onboarding of chargers into Delta's operational systems.
• Ensured timely material procurement and installation.
• Monitored quality assurance processes during installation.
• Prepared and maintained detailed installation reports.

Project Overview: Enhanced EV charging accessibility and conducted user education via demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

• Managed end-to-end project delivery as a project manager.
• Commissioned and installed chargers across various locations.
• Coordinated with contractors and technicians to meet project deadlines.
• Conducted user training and demonstrations on charger functionality.

Project Overview: Comprehensive deployment of EV chargers, including surveys, branding, and demonstrations.

Responsibilities:

• Conducted joint site surveys and assessed locations for charger deployment.
• Led the installation and commissioning processes.

TELECOM EXPERIENCE

IMS Core Upgrade (Huawei Global Pvt Ltd.)

Role: IMS Test Engineer

• Conducted regression testing of IMS nodes (CSCF, HSS, TAS, MRF).
• Worked on functional testing for SIP supplementary services and IMS call flows.

MRF Testing (Huawei Global Pvt. Ltd.)

Role: Deployment Engineer

• Installed and configured MRF environments, performed SNMP and STP configurations, and conducted VNF creation.

RF Projects (Nokia, Ericsson, Samsung, NEC, VIL, Airtel ,JIO )

Role: RF Project Lead

• Managed RF surveys, drive tests, and network optimization for 2G, 3G, and 4G technologies.
• Led teams for EMF compliance and site planning for major telecom operators.
• Optimization and analysis of networks in major cities, towns, and highways.
• Collection of live network data, such as Rx quality, Rx level, call drops, and delay handover, etc. Using TEMS (13), XCAL.

• Worked as Project Lead for UPE Circle, completed the biennial submission, and finished 3,350 calculations and 900 BB measurements for Idea Cellular, as well as 936 site calculations for Huawei Telenor in 2015-2016.
