Leading a team of Executives who are managing business operations for 800+ Contract employees of Madhya Pradesh & Chhatisgarh State which includes Real Estate & Facilities function, Space & capacity planning, Property management Services, budgeting, operation management, Vendor sourcing & financials, Travel & Transport management, T&E planning & processing, Physical security, Employee welfare, Legal compliance and complete gamut of shared services.
- Responded to customer requests via telephone and email and effectively answered questions and inquiries.
- Entered details such as payments, account information and call logs into system.
- Assisted customers in by answering questions, responding to inquiries and handling telephone requests.
- Rate Contracting with RC vendors for Group &FIT's
