Role & Responsibilities:-

  • Talent Acquisition:-
  • Annual Headcount Planning, Budgeting & Monitoring.
  • Developing/implementing new recruitment/selection policies as per staffing requirements.
  • Manage manpower indent from departmental Head. Working closely with the Business Managers to jointly evolve with the Manpower Augmentation Team their respective manpower plans, competency profiles of hiring requirements.
  • Finalizing Compensation packages /pay package/Employee Benefit package as per Industry standards.
  • Designing and release of the advertisements, media planning, sourcing from Job Portals.
  • Final negotiations terms & conditions up to top Management.
  • Conduct joining formalities, induction, orientation, training programs of new joinees.
  • Generate Monthly HRMIS report on new joinee / left & undergone induction.
  • Industrial Relation / Employee Welfare:-
  • Ensuring prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee relations and achieve dedication by workers.
  • Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the Union and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.
  • Counseling / grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment and facilitating Employee Satisfaction Survey and taking corrective measures.
  • Providing advice on employment law and health and safety matters to comply with regional and geographic legislation.
  • Manage site /Corporate Office/Regional Office wide Welfare facilities for ensuring employees.
  • Productivity like Canteen, Housing, Drinking water, Medical facility, Loans, School subsidy, Transport etc.
  • Make recommendations for services improvement.
  • Payroll Management:-
  • Update the new joiner files in HRMS & create the employee code.
  • Verify Time & Leave Management for timely and ensure accurate processing of the monthly payroll according to the schedule, Generating pay slips and forwarding them to employees.
  • Manage regular preparation of relevant MIS reports, including weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
  • Manage employee queries with regard to their deductions, settlements and supporting their requirements.
  • F&F settlements of left employees complete the same within 45 working days and clearance, preparation of experience & relieving letters & exit interviews.
  • Statutory Compliances :-
  • Looking Legal Compliances according to Labour Acts.
  • Handling licensing work.
  • Looking after monthly returns and Challans, Provident Fund Act, Shop Act, Gratuity Act, ESI Act, Contract Labour Act, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages Act, Factories Act, Professional Tax.
  • Performance Management System:-
  • Helping the seniors do performance appraisal in a better way by adopting better appraisal practices.
  • To Monitoring & review of Quarterly, half yearly & yearly Performance Appraisal.
  • To maintain records in order to determine compensation packages, wage structure, salaries raises.
  • To identify the strengths and weaknesses of employees to place right men on right job.
  • To provide a feedback to employees regarding their performance and related status.
  • To review and retain the promotional and other training programs.
  • Training & Development:-
  • Making Training Plan / Prepared yearly Calendar.
