  b) Created 3D Environment for processes with axis management, material management, conveyer management etc. in RF- Yams.
  c) Created gripper export files using Dia Grip Configurator.
  d) Did Integration of RF-Robsim, RF-Yams, RF-Viper using RF-E Max2.
  e) Used RF- SG Edit for creating files readable to RF- Yams with more accuracy.

Responsibilities:

a) Created basic to highly advanced concepts and run

"what-if" scenarios to help drive to optimal solutions.

b) Performed all activities related to robotics & line

simulation that includes collaboration in the design

development process, design validation, concept

validation, tool validation, process validation, selection

& finalization of different types of equipment and tools

from the library along with tool kinematics.

c) Deciding on the placement of robots and equipment

inside the cell according to layout & cycle time

requirements parallelly considering all the simulation

factors.

d) Performed robotic simulation for weld accessibility

and robot programming for complete BIW assembly.

e) Manufacturing process areas- Spot welding, Riveting,

Stud welding, Handling, Kleben.
