• Handle Business Loan application (SANKALP) and MLP With 6 team members for Digital Lending platform.
• Managing three support team members who reported to me and managing high priority production application priority issues raised in JIRA and the Unidesk portal.

• Handle 4 applications (BOB Bank Digital lending platform - Personal Loan, Mudra (Gold) loan, Auto loan process, pension loan & New Change request management and complete support along with 4 team members.
• Liaising with Bank team for BRD discussion to propose solutions and same is documented.
• Handle support team, if issue raised by Business & operations Teams & user and same has to be closed on priority check with internal team and same time raise with Internal team fast solution, follow up with Team members for closure.
• Monitoring Eureka for Application Performance and taking Restart of Application services on daily basis.
• Checking and monitoring the server status of application & Monitoring Production logs, Finding Exceptions from logs and resolving.
• Handle complete support with 2 team members and co-ordinate with Bank team for bugs and CR.
• CR raise by internal business team which is need to take up with internal team (Deployment and BA Team) for development.
• After development plan for UAT testing and Reviewing test results till UAT sign of & after sign off received from (Bank Team) then all stake holders plan for production deployment.
• Make plan for DR drill activities as per RBI requirements and monitoring performance of web server and app server.
• Services like Finacle,Cibil,Aadhar NESL,Legality,Dedupe-LLPS,PAN and Name Match checking during the journey

LOS (Loan Originating System - Finnone), Easy CC/Instapl /secure cc/Staff card(Easy credit card and Instant personal Loan)/Emi on DC offiline loans, SFTP server, JOCATA (Business Loans)/LACR,Daily NPA automation, Credpro,Jocata PL/CC ,Loan against securities,ICICI AND TATA INSURANCE.

Responsibility : We here support multiple banking applications (loans and credit cards related) so as to make application bug free and easy to use.

• Worked on Oracle SQL developer tool to maintain data in database and perform database related activities for application support.
• Worked on Sequel Server Management Studio 2016 for managing database of application.
• Worked for DR (Disaster Recovery) Drills of all application.
• Support Infra activities like server upgrades, DB Migrations, etc.
• Responsible for Application PROD, DR and UAT Setup/Sync as per installation guides.
• Responsible for Internal Auditor as well RBI Audit.
• From IT side provide require reports to Auditor provide complete specification of transaction as well master level changes with help of OPS and Finance team.
