· Planning, directing, and coordinating all manufacturing operations of production, machinery, processing, store and dispatch & packaging departments.

· Timely submission of reports pertains to the maintenance, production inventory & overhead costing as & when required by the management.

· Leading and guiding the team towards efficient production processes and timely delivery of product thereby achieving Customer satisfaction.

· Managing Performance and career development of the team members.

· Working with HR for recruitment, training & statutory compliances and with respect to factory operations.

· Following all factory safety regulations accordingly and ensure that staff are trained to abide by these safety requirements.

As a Senior Engineer, I was engaged in Supervision of Industrial Drying Projects execution and my role was to co-ordinate with project, purchase, manufacturing, quality and design departments for ongoing site activities for timely execution and hand-over of the project according to commitments to customer with efficient planning, scheduling and monitoring of project.

Major industrial drying equipments - Spray dryers, Rotary dryers, Fluidized bed dryers, Fluidized bed hot air generators, (Direct and Indirect fired), Burner based (Direct and indirect fired) hot air generators, Bag Filters, Scrubbers, Cyclone Separators etc.

Major Projects handled of companies like- H&R Johnsons, Roha Dyechem, Hoganas, Sabero Organics & United Phosphorous Ltd etc.

As a Production Engineer, I was engaged in manufacturing & fabrication of equipments that was required for NPK Fertilizer Granulation Plant.

My role was to monitor and prepare recommendations for effective fabrication process as per drawing & appropriate standards, conducting ''Welding quality test'' and "In process inspection” and preparation of report for the same and finally the testing of assembled equipment’s.

Major Equipment's- Rotary Granulation Dryer, Batch Mixer, Elevators, Belt conveyor, Chain Conveyor, Ducting, HAG, Bah Filter etc.
