- Executing production planning in line with daily, weekly & monthly production targets, supervising process improvement/line improvement and decreasing downtime, and so on.
- Monitored implementation of the production plan up to the dispatch level on a weekly basis.
- Conducted trend and variance analysis to identify solutions for PQCDSM target achievement; managed new supply chain scheduling model for production smoothing and inventory control.
- Tracked sales forecasts and material availability in coordination with materials and FOP departments; mentored shift engineers on operational issues and regulated discipline management on shop floor.
