manufacturing process of Calcined Petroleum Coke, focusing on improving yield,quality, and energy efficiency.

production of high-quality Calcined Petroleum Coke meeting industry standards
and customer specifications.
3.Kiln Operation: Managed and monitored the operation of vertical shaft kilns for
the calcination of petroleum coke, ensuring optimal temperature control and
productivity.
4.Raw Material Handling: Oversaw the selection, crushing, sizing, and blending of
raw petroleum coke to achieve desired product characteristics.
5.Environmental Compliance: Ensured compliance with environmental regulations
by implementing pollution control measures and minimizing emissions during the
calcination process.
6.Safety Procedures: Maintained a strong focus on safety protocols and consistently
promoted a safe working environment for all.
7.Documentation: Maintained detailed records of process parameters, equipment
maintenance, and production results to support reporting and continuous
