- Working in the Accounts Receivables team for the past 36 months, we work on the payments that are received from clients for the services they render from ADP. Clients drop their checks into the lockboxes, which are cleared by the bank. On the next day, we receive bank reports with all the posting information in them; we cross-check the posting information from the bank reports and clear the payments in our books of accounts. Currently, we receive four kinds of payments (Lockbox check payment, faxed check payment, wire payment, and local deposits).
- Played the role of Senior Process Associate with a team size of 25 and was responsible for reviewing, rechecking, and resolving issues with checks that have complications (checks that cannot be solved by a new operator).
