Unfortunately, his condition worsened, and he passed away unexpectedly, which necessitated an extended break to manage the family need. In the months that followed, I actively handled significant personal responsibilities and facilitated resolution of property-related issues among siblings, emphasizing communication, fairness, and timely execution. Despite these challenges, I remained committed to my professional growth. I used this time productively to strengthen my qualifications by pursuing and completing the NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) in Occupational Health and Safety. This certification has further deepened my understanding of health, safety, and compliance – areas that are critical in the Facility Management industry – and has positioned me to return to the workforce with enhanced capabilities and renewed focus.
