• Responsible for preparing BOM
• Follow up the daily plan and differences are anticipated and stand by plan is made.
• Preparing TNA Charts and updating customers with weekly TNAs.
• Responsible for order booking and execution.
• Coordinate with sampling department give them new development of garments by arranging all the trims and fabric.
• Act as a liaison between the production team and the customer providing updates on production progress and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with pattern making department for new development and cross check the average of garments to reduce the consumption of fabric.
• Communicate with embroidery factory for new design development and give the approval as per buyer selection.
• Communicate with buyer for sample approval, printing CAD approval, strike-off approval, embroidery design approval.
• Follow up from initial proto to pp sample
• Keep track of purchase orders to be in-house on time.
• Communicate with dying and printing mill to give them buyer approval of design and color approval.
• Handle any customer complaints or issues that arise during the production process and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
• Obtain sample and bulk approvals.
• Production file which contains fabric and trims swatches, all the comments, embroidery/print swatches should be handover to the stitching departments
• Multi-tasking person with good knowledge of fabric, printing, embroidery and fabric dying.
• Understand the requirements on systems, orders, production, product quality, packing, delivery and ultimately satisfaction of buyers.
• Working with Buyers : SFERA , ELCORTE INGLES, ANGE, ADRIFT

• Responsible for order booking and execution.
• After receiving POs from Buyers according to quantity has to place order for fabric and trims.
• Co-ordinate with various dept like production, for improvement in production.
• Handling proto sample if new styles are there.
• Responsible for giving shipment booking to documents departments before 10 days of expected date of delivery.
• Costing, Bom Sheet , Coordinate with Sampling Team
• Give Update to the Buyer and work with courier booking and order Hangtag.

• Devising, implementing, controlling, and adjusting buying plans.
• To manage and execute buying plans to cope with the buying need of the group in the various brands and the collections which cover the different styles of fashion apparel and accessories.
• Excellent understanding of the garment design and manufacturing process; from the garment conceptualization stage, through the pattern drafting phase, to final garment assembly.
• Co-develop the annual sales strategy & forecasts and then take responsibility for delivering established targets.
• Make purchase order & negotiations etc.
