Mr Jiz P Kottukappally is the Founder & CEO of Yescalator Management & Financial Consultants , a consulting firm providing Virtual CFO services for start-ups and MSME units. . Mr Jiz has 22 years of practical banking experience. Joining as a probationary officer in 1996 Mr Jiz rose to the rank of General Manager of Catholic Syrian Bank within a short period of 20 years and was the youngest General Manager of CSB at all times. While serving as General Manager and Chief Risk Officer of Catholic Syrian Bank, Mr Jiz opted for VRS at the young age of 45 in April,2018 for pursuing his passion in the areas of consultancy and teaching.

At CSB Bank Mr Jiz has held senior management positions like Head – Credit Monitoring and Recovery, Head –Operations, Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Finance Officer, Chief of Staff, Chief Insurance Executive and Head of Strategy and Planning. Apart from holding these individual positions he was a member of most of the senior executive level committees including Capital Raising Committee , Asset Liability Management Committee, Credit Approval & Monitoring Committee, Human Resource Development Committee, Risk Management Committee, IT Strategy Committee and so on .
