• Supervise & Administer commercial activity , system(ERP) & accounting activity including implementation of policies relating to finance & accounts , audit , finalization of accounts , preparation of Budget, looking after banking, Income Tax , Central excise, Service Tax, ROC matter, liaison with Govt Dept.
• Financial Institution , Branch reconciliation, control & consolidation( Monthly, Quarterly, Annual) etc.
