Successfully planned, implemented, and executed engaging health activities and lessons for students in Grades 7-12.

Created a team culture emphasizing lifelong character traits and skills: teamwork, leadership, discipline, and sportsmanship.

Worked with players, assistant coaches, administration, officials, parents, opposing teams to establish a positive sports experience for all stakeholders.

Recruited and mentored many assistant coaches on our staff to implement program goals and standards, several of whom went on to become varsity head coaches.

Contributed throughout the years many facility updates and improvements: planning, fundraising, organizing volunteers, and completing projects for soccer and softball fields. Maintaining both fields throughout the year with the help of maintenance staff.

Provided transportation for athletic teams for away sporting events throughout Southern Indiana.

Transported students to and from school as a substitute bus driver on many North Spencer bus routes, throughout all 4 elementary districts and to MS/HS.

Administer routine vehicle safety inspections before and after trips. Annually complete safety online courses and training in compliance with the Indiana State School Buss Committee.
