  • A member of the senior management team with overall responsibility for the supervision of the “Derica Rice and Robin Nelson Rice” College Prep Institute (CPI) departmental staff of 25 employees.
  • Serves as the leader, student success, college and career readiness expert, strategist, manager, and community liaison of the College Prep Institute (CPI) at the Center for Leadership Development, Inc. (CLD).
