Here are some key responsibilities and tasks i m looking after as a team lead commercial

Billing process:

• Efficient billing processes and controls to ensure accurate and timely billing to customers, including invoice generation, payment tracking, and collections.
• Review billing data, verify billing rates, apply appropriate discounts or promotions, and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
• Customer Service and Conflict Resolution: Commercial Lead address customer inquiries and concerns related to billing issues.
• Interact with customers, resolve disputes, clarify billing discrepancies, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of billing and payment.

Tendering on GeM,CPP and other Govt. tender portals.

• Actively seek and identify potential tendering opportunities while ensuring error-free preparation and submission of all bids online/offline.
• New Tender Identification from various sources (Tender tiger, GeM, etc.)
• Coordination to ensure all bid submission documents compiled, ensuring completeness and accuracy while adhering to customer timelines and preparing tender documents.
• Preparation of commercial bid and review of commercial aspects of bids.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of all tenders and bids submitted.
