Responsibilities:
- Drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM), Net Sales, and Market Share for HDFC AMC within the branch.
- Channel Management:
1. Cultivate and fortify relationships to advocate HDFC AMC schemes among Mutual Fund Distributors (MFDs), National Distributors, and Banks.
2. Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and deliver impactful sales presentations on product offerings to channel partners.
3. Reactivate dormant channel partners to enhance distribution reach.
- Develop, implement, and execute sales promotion strategies in collaboration with channel partners.
- Ensure adherence to Customer Service standards and Compliance regulations at the branch.
- Provide training and mentorship to new team members.
- Oversee the servicing of clients, ensuring prompt handling of payments, redemptions, and addressing specific queries.
- Generate regular Management Information System (MIS) reports and facilitate timely reporting.
