- When Dr.Russ was the leader of Joshua Nations ,Pr.Bobbie was sent to India to conduct leadership training in October 2016.After that EGI started to conduct the same leadership training using same strategic plan and curriculum. I was giving the leadership for EGI-INDIA. We conducted leadership training in 20 states and Nepal. God has opened doors in Saudi Arabia,Kuwait,Dubai,Bengladesh and Srilanka ( I received the invitation to teach the strategic plan and curriculum,But have not gone yet)
- So far under my leadership 1678 leaders have been trained 1078+DTC's has been started, Strategic plan has been translated in 9 languages and curriculum in 6 languages.
- till last year 110 VBS conducted all over India reaching 5000+ children in India.
- 4 DTC's graduation have been conducted and 5 more graduation is yet to be done this year.

- I started a church and pastored it before my father's death & simultaneously also helped him in ministerial work
- After his death I clubbed both the churches together
- I conducted Sunday services, Bible study, cell meetings, arranged yearly vacation Bible schools for my church children as well as for the non-Christian children of my neighbourhood, counseled the believers, mentored the youth & dedicatedly served the people entrusted to me & provided them spiritual care through visitation, counseling & prayer
- I also solemnized weddings & conducted funerals.

I was born to godly parents who dedicated me & my younger brother to serve the Lord in our childhood and today both of us are serving the Lord as full-time ministers. My parents pioneered a church in the most unreached village in Tiruppur district. God enabled me to work in various capacity & every experience has taught me to work with submission & humility. Currently I also teach in an online Bible College through Zoom.
