• Supervised team of 300 staff for Dam Safety Organization.
• Gained experience in construction of Hydro Electric Projects including dams, tunnels, channels, Surge Shafts, Pressure Shafts, Penstocks, Power Houses, Switch Yards.
• Gained experience in driving of tunnels, concrete lining, steel lining, pressure grouting for tunnels, erection and testing of EOT cranes, penstocks.
• Experience in Construction of dams, channels, erection and maintenance of dam gates.
• Successful completion of survey works of a hydro electric project spread over a distance of 10 km from paper to site including surface alignment survey.
• Completed the driving of the longest pressure shaft of KSEBL projects.
• Attended fabrication of 5000 MT of penstocks including erection of a major part of it.
• Achieved a project overall progress from 0 to 78% for a 60 MW hydro project.
• Achieved a project overall progress from 7 % to 90 % in two years seven months for a small hydro project.
• Part of the Dam Management team during Kerala Floods 2018.
• Attended a two weeks International training programme on Dam Safety at Deltares, Netherlands in 2017.
• Attended Dam Safety Conference at IIT, Roorkee in 2016 and the International Dam Safety Conference at Thiruvananthapuram in 2018.
• Experience in operation of tourism projects of KSEBL.
• Successfully operated 12 tourism centres with a direct staff of 134 Nos along with other contract staff.
