Based in India, i work for an outsourcing company, collaborating with international clients, particularly in Australia, to ensure their operational needs are met with precision and professionalism. As a mobilisation officer, i play a key role in managing the onboarding process for foreign FTMs across various sites, ensuring all the required documents, inductions and medicals are efficiently completed. I work with more than ten international clients, providing tailored support and streamlining workflows to ensure seamless onboarding experience. My expertise in working across multiple platforms, coordinating PPE orders and verifying compliance has allowed me to optimise processes, saving time and enhancing client satisfaction.

Assisting in the onboarding process for new users, ensuring they understand how to utilise the platform effectively i collaborated with cross functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development to identify and address project related issues and effectively handled queries with clear communication. I was also responsible for providing immediate resolutions to customers and client inquiries, insuring a smooth and satisfying experience. I guided users on Byju’s products, enhancing user understandings by engaging with customers while maintaining in depth knowledge of the various educational programs and features offered by Byju’s, enabling effective guidance and support to users.

Built relationships with employers, alumni, and industry professionals to enhance placement opportunities. I presented, delivered, and engaged in workshops, and utilized visual aids and interactive elements.
