• Creating measurement reports and data analysis using CATIA for CAD viewing and implementing 5 whys & 8D quality for reducing repeatability in all PSA – (LCV-EV's) and approving it for further dynamic testing.
• Strengthened internal communication channels through regular meetings with stakeholders across departments, facilitating seamless information exchange related to quality assurance efforts.

• Carrying out analysis on ECU, harness, E - motors and battery systems
• Conducting functional fault analysis and flashing using CanAPE
• Implementing DMAIC and 8-D problem solving into our quality engineering/inspection techniques
• Extracting data from faulty vehicles and presenting it to the plant team to avoid re-occurrence.
• Facilitated training sessions for team members on quality management principles and best practices, enhancing overall competency levels within the department.
