I hold a high school degree in Commerce and Accounting and have a strong foundation in customer service. After completing my studies, I pursued a a career in hairdressing, working in India for few years where I developed my skills in hairstyling, customer relations and retail product sales.

Since 2019, I have continued to hone my expertise as a hairdresser on a cruise ship, providing exceptional service to guest while enhancing my abilities in selling retail hair products and overcoming sales obstacles, My experience has strengthened my communication skills, adaptability and commitment to delivering top notch service in deverse environment.
