The responsibility includes;.

• Analyzing and optimization of structural designing as per the clients budget.
• Preparation and issuance of structural GFC drawings.
• Reviewing of Bar Bending Schedule.
• Visiting the site and solving the structural concerns raised at site.
• Attend meetings with clients and the contractors to discuss about the project.
• Coordination with the Planning and Estimation team to give structural inputs to prepare the BoQ.

1.Worked for the Project “Modernisation of Govt Schools and Colleges of Kerala state” funded by KIIFB and responsibilities were as follows;.

• Reviewing and approving the drawings based on site conditions and stakeholders requirements.
• Reviewing and validating the structural drawings submitted by Design Consultants.
• Issuing the GFC drawings to contractors.
• Getting statutory approvals and completing the handing over procedures of site to the contractor.
• Preparation of detail Price bid for tendering.
• Preparation of tender documents.
• Technical and Financial bid evaluation.
• Preparing and submission of correspondence as per client requirements.
• Preparation of Work breakdown Schedule for individual schools.
• Assessing and reviewing the progress of work of contractor based on WBS.
• Attend meeting with Client, Regional Manager and contractor for commercial and contractual related matters

2.Worked as detailed design consultant for the following project.

• Structural Design of “Parassini Health Centre” funded by National Health Mission.
• Structural design of SP Office, Darmasala, Kannur.
• Structural design of Pilgrim Amenity Centre, Erumeli.
• And responsibilities were as follows;.
• Analyzing the Geotechnical Investigation reports.
• Analyzing the Structures using Staad Pro and designing the structural components.
• Preparation of Structural drawings using AutoCad.
• Issuing the GFC drawings to the contractors.

Involved in design of structural components of the following projects:.

• Development and Beautification of Mangalam Dam.
• Development and Beautification of Kuruva Island.

Involved in planning, designing and detailing of a School building in Malapuram district.

Engaged lectures and laboratories for engineering students.

Involved in structural design and validation of the project "Construction of Gujarat State Fertilizer Industry."
