• At AME I was responsible for setting up,programming, and running detailed molding components such as core and cavity blocks and various other precision components that go into producing high quality Molds.
• My experience with machines at AME are mainly HAAS vertical machining centers(mini mill up to a vf-6), however i do have experience with manual machines such as lathes,mill,grinders etc.
• At AME I was responsible for work flow through roughly 12 machines and 3 other guys.
• Along with running daily operations, from time to time i would be responsible for trouble shooting and repairing downed machines for example but not limited to; tool changer issues,vector drive replacement, amplifier replacement,X,Y,Z cable and encoder replacements.
• My programming experience with AME was all Cimatron in which i have used for the past 15 years. This package was used to perform all 2D and 3D machining operations.

At Noblitt i was hired as a manual machinist running mills,grinders,drill presses,tumblers,saws etc.

After a year of handling the manual machining for Noblitt the company decided to purchase a Prima Laser in which i was trained and ran for 2 years

I worked my way through the company learning press brakes,punch presses and shearing machines till I landed on there cnc Amada press brake where i spent a couple years programming and operating

Lastly I was moved to the Quality manager at Noblitt where I learned to run there brown and sharpe CMM and i became responsible for part inspections through out the shop and also handled all source releases and PPAP's and associated paperwork where i dealt directly with Cummins employees and there yearly company audit

• At Precise i was hired out of high school as a manual machinist in which i only did for a year along with learning how to tear down molds and assist with PM's and EC's
• I was given the opportunity to learn CNC and moved to that department in 1997 upon my graduation of High School
• I ran two hurco bmc 50's in which i programmed conversationally at the control
• Eventually i started to program with Work nc and Mastercam on there Makino v55 and Haas vf-8
• I was also responsible for up keep on the machines ; cleaning,refilling oils,and maintaining and changing coolant
