Assisted in managing Warehouse Management System (WMS) operations, including inventory tracking, stock movement, and inventory control activities. I supported inbound and outbound logistics processes to ensure the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to retail outlets, while also monitoring cold storage operations and Return-to-Vendor (RTV) procedures in compliance with organizational standards. This experience provided me with hands-on knowledge of warehouse operations, supply chain management, inventory auditing, and process optimization. Additionally, I developed strong skills in coordination, accuracy, problem-solving, and time management, which are essential for efficient large-scale retail logistics and warehouse management.
