Support PMO with reporting activities including gathering,compiling,and summarizing project, program,portfolio status & progress reports for all PMO tracked projects.
Facilitate communications between project teams, management, and stakeholders.
Responsible to Project creation, Budget forecasting & allocation, Timesheet Approvals, Milestone creation, Invoicing, Submission, follow-up for Payments and Invoice Mapping.
Responsible to project finances including Revenue Tracking, Revenue analysis, Accruals,
Invoice tracking, and invoice approval for the project. Worked on Project Resource Management system to allocate resources according to their skill sets.
Handling Foreseeable loss and Unutilized cost budget in the project and driving through profit.
Analyzing outstanding report and providing the data to the management and clearing the outstanding bucket.
Determining financial requirements including budgeting resource allocation.
Documenting the project progress, ensure work meets quality standards, adjusting as needed and make sure it falls within established budgets.
Handling calls with associates to place them in project according to their skills and domain.
