• Organizing lifting operations under LOLER criteria.
• Briefing all team members on the Lifting Plan, Risk control measure and safe lifting procedure before the commencement of any lifting operation.
• Safe Assembling, Erection & Dismantling of Tower Cranes.
• Safe lifting and shifting of Heavy plant & Equipment’s including Wheel loader, Excavators etc.
• Safe lifting of personnel in Man riding basket & Emergency Rescue man baskets.
• Calculating off-level pick-up points on a load that is not on the same elevation.
• Calculating the weight of an unmarked load by unit weight of the material.
• Ensuring the ground conditions, weather conditions are suitable to carry out the lifting operations.
• Visual & documentation inspection of the assigned crane and lifting gears to be carried out prior to starting the activities.
• Implementation of relevant control measures identified in Risk Assessment.
• Establishing safe exclusion zones to prohibit workers from working directly underneath a suspended load & to prevent unauthorized entry.

• Supervising of erection precast elements (Q-Girder) installation ranging 35+ ton.
• Write up lift plans and maintain all weekly inspections and registers.
• Coordinate all project related daily tasks and controlling all lifting operations ensuring that all safety regulations were met.
• Leading a team of up to 50 men performing tasks on crawler cranes, mobile cranes, and tower Cranes.
• Work with cranes ranging from 25 ton to 280 ton ensuring that all lifting operations are to all safety regulations and that all riggers and crane operators are competent.
• Periodical inspection and regular monitoring of documents.
• Installation of concrete parapet on top of bridge decks.
• Common lifting of construction materials (Scaffolding, steel rebar’s, woods planks etc.)

• Lifting and lowering TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine) on to Tunnel.
• Carrying out visual inspections on all lifting gears, quarterly color coding, Crosschecking on all Third part certificates validity.
• Erection of Tower Cranes.
• Assisted Logistics Manager in Critical lifting of 35-ton Excavator using 250 ton mobile crane from 25mtr excavation.
