• Worked on Title/Escrow conditions and prepared subordination packages which included borrower’s information.
• Reviewing all types of Income,Asset,and Tax Documents such as Paystub, Profit & Loss Statement, Bank Statement, 1040 & 1065 Tax Returns.
• Reviewing KYC documents such as Driver License, Permanent Resident Card, Social Security Card, Employment Authorization Card, State Issued Identification Card.
• Reviewing the borrower and lender executed documents such as Loan Modification Agreement, Partial Claim Agreement, Promissory Note, Deed of Trust, Note, Payment Letter, Compliance Agreement and Underwriting Sheet.
• Maintain database by entering, verifying and backing up data and documents in the ERP system.

• Worked in Loss Mitigation File Intake and Closing process.
• Reviewing borrower Hardship Letter and 1003 Form.
• Reviewing all types of Income,Asset,and Tax Documents such as Paystub, Profit & Loss Statement, Bank Statement, 1040 & 1065 Tax Returns.
• Reviewing the Trail and Perm Modification worksheet and Borrower Executed documents.
• Working as quality checker (QC) in our team and also prepared the daily MIS report & many other necessary reports of our respective process which we should share with our clients.
