Activity 1: Facilitation of Lean Six Sigma Training Program as Continuous Improvement Manager (LSS Black Belt Role)

1) Introducing LSS Yellow Belt Training with written evaluation process for Staff and Workmen/ associates in 2012

2) Introduction of first on-site LSS Green Belt Training for the Management Staffs in 2011

2) Production: Organize & monitor Production Operations as per Plan, Leading the Production Team , follow up & Analysis of the Production Deviation report & providing Corrective & Preventive action & its implementation

3) Quality Control/ Statutory Compliance: Interaction with related Departments in meeting quality requirements and by meeting Statutory regulations, follow up & analysis of the Quality Deviation report & providing CAPA. Testing samples preparation for conforming WPS verification & welder qualification processes.
