• Served as primary point of contact for monitoring support relating to Data Center equipments and products like PAC (Precision Air Cooling System), UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply Solutions), Fire Fighting System, Gas Release Panel(Automated Fire Suppression System), Rodent Repellent System, WLD (Water Leak Detection System), VESDA (Very Early Smoke Detection Apparatus), Surveillance and Access Control System.
• Analysis of equipment performance and conducting regular Preventive Maintenance Activities and identify troubleshooting methods needed for quick remediation of any issues. Maintain Log of all Data Center Activities and escalating critical issues to Vendors as per SLA's. Performed root cause analysis of reported issues to enact corrections.
• Worked within applicable standards, policies and regulatory guidelines to promote safe working environment and maintaining high response times to support business continuity.
• Follow up with Vendors to ensure systems/servers/services remain functional and solve critical issues urgently.
• Provided guidance as Onsite Tech Support Representative on installing and integrating new hardware components and troubleshooting of user’s issues regarding. Maintain users PC’s/ Systems with regular updates, configuration, repair as needed.
• Responded to support requests from end-users and patiently walked individuals through basic troubleshooting tasks on issues related to hardware, software, networking, VPN, Office meeting applications like MS Teams/WebEx/Zoom.
• Performed Inventory management of all IT Assets and regular checking of physical conditions of systems like Non-Plant CCTV, EPBAX, AV System, Printers, Scanners, Routers, Switches ans also maintenance and configuration if new connection/change to existing is needed.
