As Engineer-in-Charge, I have led and overseen civil construction projects as the primary client representative under steel manufacturing facilities. My responsibility has been to ensure execution within defined time, cost, and quality parameters, strictly based on the approved BOQ, Scope Matrix, and Technical Specifications. In this role, I successfully completed 22,450 nos. cast-in-situ friction piles, including initial and routine load tests, along with 44,600 Cum of RCC through multiple vendors at the Pellet Plant and Filtration Plant of the project valued 930 Cr.

I coordinated effectively between contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives. My duties included supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, industry standards, and contractual obligations. I developed and monitored project schedules, allocated resources efficiently, and ensured timely completion of milestones as per quarterly budgets.

Additionally, I implemented quality control measures, conducted inspections, delegated tasks, and guided site engineers and contractors. I generated progress reports, attended review meetings, and provided expert advice to resolve critical site challenges, ensuring uninterrupted progress and compliance with construction policies.

• As an Execution in charge successfully completed 62000 cum RCC at SMS#4 Project with 02 nos. Pouring Station, 02 nos. Converter foundation along with High Bay area, KR Station area, 02 nos. Ladle heating furnace area, 02 nos. Re-heating furnace area, Secondary dedusting area, Material handling area etc. with project valued at 235 Cr.
• Understanding requirements and providing strategic, operational, and managerial leadership for successful project execution.
• Working on end-to-end project lifecycle along with project concept, Site planning, Resource mobilization & controlling, maintaining quality and delivery of the structures to the users.
• Handing over the project to the Customer with enhanced product quality & service within stipulated time frame.
• Executed activities based on approved contracts, obtained quotes from customers for new assignments, and enhanced project scheduling and processes.
• Led the certification process for projects to ensure compliance with standards. and preparation of RA bill, Monthly outstanding, contractor RA bill etc.
• Preparing and submitting Digital Indents, DPR, BBS and work methodology for the execution of civil structural work.
• Conducted calibrations of equipment with respective agencies, developed laying methods, sampling testing procedures, and quality control measures to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Steered periodic reconciliation of customer billing versus sub-contractor billing to ensure accuracy and transparency.

• As an Area in Charge successfully completed the construction of 34500 cum RCC along with 55000 cum Controlled Blasting at Pouring station of 10 MTPA SMS#2 plant with maintaing utmost safety and quality, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinated strategic plans for optimisation to best use available resources.
• Managed project valued at Rs. 165 Cr., overseeing budget allocation and resource deployment.
• Led weekly staff meetings to discuss targets, performance improvements, and customer feedback.
• Conducted performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and setting individual goals.

• Successfully completed 3200 Nos. Cast in Situ End Bearing piles including Load Test by conventional and rotary process, 15300 Cum RCC at the Pump House, BOD area, Pipe rack foundation, Substation Building, Comprehensive Building, Oil Depot area, soft water tank, Gas booster etc. 3 MTPA coke oven plant, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines.
• Managed a project valued at Rs. 122 Cr., coordinating resources and timelines effectively.

Successfully completed 39000 cum RCC with various structures like Waste gas fan building, ESP building, Sinter machine building, 530 m Cable Tunnel, Substation building with all finishing works, RCC roads & drains etc.
