- Ideated and coordinated Automation requirement through salvage of old conveyors for temporary sites to deliver Diwali'21 peak, saving 70 MM INR to company.
- Introduced Ring scanners into sort center operations in India. Successfully piloted in IB & OB process path. Overall financial entitlement of project is INR 100 MM
- Analyzed load arrival trend and developed “star loading” method to handle volumetric boxes at BLRH sort center. This helped in effectively sorting and staging volumetric boxes without choking the buildings.
- Worked as south region process engineering POC to drive first of its kind “KATA program” in sort centers where cost, productivity, Ageing reduction initiatives were coordinated across south region sort centers in continuous improvement manner
- Developed operational model to use underutilized airport sort centers to use as intermediate processing centers which has increased the site utilization from 6% to 70%.
- Successfully designed and piloted first of its kind Mega cage (7.5 ft) trolleys for safe usage for sort center use cases. This project has initial entitlement of INR 17.3 MM.
