Project: NatWest-Telstar.

Responsibilities

• As the Lead DevOps Architect @ NatWest, driving the bank's digital transformation from CISCO Contact Centre solution into Amazon Connect.
• CI/CD: Architecting entire IaC CI pipeline setup using GitLab CI,shell scripting to automate the deployment of AWS resources on all AWS environments (dev,test,prod,preprod,prod-dr).Improved productivity for dev team by 40% by re-engineering and designing the Terraform framework and CI pipelines.
• IaC Implementation on AWS: Designing and implementing the AWS infrastructure estate of the bank using Terraform Enterprise. Developed reusable Terraform modules for complex AWS services like AWS-Amazon Connect, AWS Lexbots(Version2), AWS Glue, AWS SQS , AWS Event Bridge which are being used by the entire NatWest - Telstar team.
• Security: Implement security measures in CI pipeline using Checkov.

Project: RAPID platform @ DevOps-COE.

Responsibilities

• CI/CD: Design and setup end to end containerized DevOps tool chains for the RAPID platform of DevOps COE by using Docker on Kubernetes clusters on AWS. Manage clusters on a daily basis.
• Configuration Management : Worked on developing the entire Ansible framework and library for the SRE-Automation tool for the RAPID platform.
• Spearheaded process improvement initiatives throughout the organization for continuous optimization of operations.
• Facilitated productive brainstorming sessions for innovative solutions to complex technical challenges.

Project: Hiring Solutions Group

Responsibilities:

• Release Management: Oversee end-to-end release process,coordinating with Dev, Test and operations teams to ensure smooth and timely deployments.
• Version Control: Manage SVN to track changes, ensure proper branching, and manage code merges.
• CI/CD: Set up CI pipelines on Bamboo/Jenkins using ANT/Maven build tool Identify bottlenecks and enhancements in the ANT scripts and CI pipelines, to enhance efficiency. Maintaining and quarterly upgrading all prod and non prod Bamboo servers.

Project: QIC Sales Compensation

Responsibilities:

• Worked in the capacity of Onshore Coordinator @ CenturyLink- Denver -USA and involved in automation framework design and automation testing using Selenium WebDriver.

• Performed functional testing of SIP Protocol based IVR call flows along with automation testing using Huawei specific tools
