• Responsible for gathering and analysing project briefs, requirements and deliverables. And communicating with the clients to ascertain their needs.
• Responsible for understanding project requirements and developing MicroStrategy Dashboard/Dossier/Reports
• Responsible for coordinating with DB & Design team for the new requirement building
• Responsible for developing and assigning work schedules/tasks for the team members based on the developed implementation plan

Adecco - RECENT (April 2022 - March 2023)

Adecco is second highest company in offering Workplace solutions. Adecco provides services covering temporary staffing, permanent placement, career transition and talent development as well as business process outsourcing and consulting.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for creating Microstrategy Dossiers/Dashboards for Business Users.
• Performed User acceptance testing and daily sanity testing on the existing dashboards.
• Responsible for migrating MSTR objects from Development to further environment.
• Responsible for reviewing ongoing operations and rectifying any issues
• Assisted with day-to-day operations, working efficiently and productively with all team members.

adidas - Always on Hire (July 2021 - March 2022)

AOH is hiring program run by the adidas. AOH program tracks records of all the hiring stages that runs throughout the world for the ongoing requirements.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements and deliverables

· Responsible for creating Smartsheet Reports/Dashboards for Business Users.

· Responsible for creating DataMesh workflows for updating the hiring status in the Dashboards on daily basis.

· Responsible for validating results and performing quality assurance to assess accuracy of data.

Vertex - GPS (May 2019 - July 2021)

GPS - Guidance & Patient Support program helps eligible patients to access their medication and help them to stay on track treatment. The Vertex GPS program consists of Case Managers who are trained to provide patients and their caregiver with ongoing product support and educational material throughout their treatment.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for gathering and analyzing patient related data from source and load the same into the tables.

· Responsible for understanding requirements and developing MicroStrategy Dashboard/Dossier/Reports for GPS Business users

· Responsible for assessing data modeling and statistics to integrate high-level business processes with data rules.

· Responsible for creating requirement document, unit testing document for the ongoing development

· Responsible for enhancing the existing implementation to promote better functionality for users.Recommended process improvements to continually identify, analyze and fix constraints and challenges.

· Identified and resolved problems through root cause analysis and research.

DFS - DataHub (Dec 2018 - April 2019)

DataHub is a central place where one sees complete sales and inventory level information. DataHub keeps historical sales data which is leveraged to get insights about the sales in previous year/years.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for developing mechanism to get data from various sources, processing and loading the same in tables.

· Responsible for providing summarized data over email body and data in excel as an attachment.

· Documented effective and replicable methods for extracting data and organizing data sources.

eAnalytics - OmniMetrics,PTS and NetX360 (Dec 2014 - June 2018)

eAnalytics team was responsible for maintain client data on Organization level. In Pershing Trading Company, it uses numerous MS Access 2007 databases for creating business metrics reports for the previous trade date and deliver to the users.

Responsibilities

· Analyzed and developed technical solutions to meet business requirements.

· Responsible for creating eAnalytics Reports, Charts, Scorecards using bar graphs, line graphs using NetX360 functionality.

· Responsible for providing environment to client for generating trading reports on their own using Netx360 application.

· Performed unit and comprehensive testing to drive functional and technical deliverables.

· Responsible for providing a platform to an individual to create their own data source according to their requirement. And load the data in the same data source on daily/weekly/Monthly/Yearly basis. Also create their own reports, charts and scorecards for their internal analysis.

· Implemented validation for the Genuine User by adding Regular Expression to the User_ID. Also to validate the Report name entered by User for newly created report by using Regular Expression to each Report_ID.
