,Basic knowledae about L ab testina of material as micro & tensile . Operating Lathe Machine, Milling Machine & Also operate Spectro Machine.

• Now, I have to check dimension of weld flanges, pipes, puddle, fittings, etc. and also flow the process control of P.U(POLYURATHENE COATING) and also check all related test of this coating as like HOLY-DAY, PULL-OFF, HARDNESS etc.
• And gather Knowledge in process control Inspection, Document control Measurement report of Rough & final castings Destructive & nondestructive test, Maintaining Log sheet as per ISO documents, And also looking (process) of Flange pipes, Restraint joint pipes, stage inspection, check chart making etc.
• Physical inspection ability with any instruments and any TPI.
• Experience in handling project from inception till completion & overseeing all the resource planning.
• Adept at analyzing the repetitive problems and root cause solutions.
• An effective communicator & team leader with skills in troubleshooting, team building capability & abilities in planning & managing resources.

• Knowledge in various operation on old machine maintenance, repairing of old machine and also inventing new machines.

• Knowledge in various operation of turning setting & alignment of machine, measurement from tool & Instruments.
